For Fotolav Business we may process phone numbers, member display names, partner and workspace details, venue names and physical addresses, user IDs, device identifiers, push-notification tokens, offer photos and videos, offer descriptions, support messages, account deletion requests, and product interaction records needed to operate the app.

We do not use this data for third-party advertising or cross-company tracking.

We use data for app functionality: authentication, partner access, QR scanning, offer management, media upload and delivery, notifications, accounting, payout records, support, safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Photos, videos, and other user content submitted in Fotolav Business are used to review, publish, and operate partner offers.

We may rely on infrastructure and communication providers for hosting, database storage, media storage and delivery, SMS or phone authentication, push notifications, and operational support. These providers process data only as needed to provide the service.

When a Fotolav Business user requests account deletion in the app, we remove that user’s active partner access, unlink the phone number from the partner, clear the member display name, and remove notification preferences.

Accounting, payout, redemption, and legally required records may be retained so the partner history remains auditable. If the deleting user is the last active manager, the partner workspace is removed from active use while historical records are preserved.
